5th January: The Chinese Ministry of Culture gold overseas culture project "Happy Chinese New Year" opened for the first time in Africa, successfully organised in Cape Town. "Chinese New Year Lantern Festival", opening ceremony in Cape Town V&A waterfront.
5th January: Africa's most famous Cape Town V&A Waterfront shopping centre began to play "Happy Chinese New Year Event" promo video all day.
15th January, the biggest screen inV&A Waterfront played "Happy Chinese New Year Event" promo video 24 hours a day
